Complimentary Starlink for Flying Club Members
Virgin Atlantic offers free, high-speed Starlink WiFi to all Flying Club members on aircraft equipped with the new system. This complimentary service is available across all cabins, allowing every passenger who is a loyalty member to connect from the moment they board until landing.
How to Access Free WiFi
To take advantage of the free Starlink WiFi, passengers simply need to be a member of Virgin Atlantic's Flying Club loyalty program. Enrollment in Flying Club is free. Once onboard a Starlink-equipped aircraft, passengers can connect to the Virgin Atlantic network, navigate to the onboard WiFi portal, and log in with their Flying Club details to access the free service.
Fleet Eligibility for Free Service
The free Starlink WiFi is available only on aircraft that have been retrofitted with the Starlink system. This currently includes all Airbus A350-1000s by early summer 2026, and will progressively extend to Boeing 787-9s in the latter half of 2026, and Airbus A330neos by the end of 2027. Passengers flying on aircraft not yet equipped with Starlink will not have access to the free service.
