Complimentary WiFi for WestJet Rewards Members
WestJet Rewards members can enjoy free, high-speed in-flight WiFi on Starlink-equipped aircraft. This benefit is part of WestJet's partnership with TELUS. Passengers can easily become a WestJet Rewards member at no cost before their flight to access this complimentary service.
Accessing Free WiFi with Boingo
For flights not yet equipped with Starlink, some WestJet aircraft still offer free WiFi access through a Boingo membership. Certain eligible credit cards, such as the WestJet RBC World Elite Mastercard and other Canadian-issued World Elite Mastercards, may include a complimentary Boingo Global WiFi plan. This plan typically provides access for multiple devices and can be a valuable way to stay connected on flights with the older system.
Verifying WiFi Availability on Your Flight
To confirm if your WestJet flight offers free WiFi, look for the WiFi symbol when searching for flights on the WestJet website. Additionally, the WestJet Flight Guide, accessible within 72 hours of departure, provides details on the WiFi and entertainment options available on your specific aircraft. This helps ensure you know what to expect before you fly.
