Southwest Airlines offers free unlimited WiFi for all Rapid Rewards members on equipped aircraft. This complimentary service launched on October 24, 2025, as part of a partnership with T-Mobile.

Easy Access, No Carrier Lock

To access the free WiFi, Rapid Rewards members simply log in at southwestwifi.com with their Rapid Rewards account on each device. A T-Mobile wireless subscription is not required to utilize this benefit.

Device Flexibility

Rapid Rewards members can connect multiple devices to the free WiFi under the same account. While the older Anuvu system sometimes experienced slowdowns with multiple devices, the ongoing rollout of Starlink is expected to significantly improve bandwidth and overall performance for all users.
