Complimentary Access for Premium Cabins
Singapore Airlines provides unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi for all passengers traveling in Suites, First Class, and Business Class. No KrisFlyer membership is required for passengers in these premium cabins to access the free service.
On aircraft equipped with the Panasonic Ku-band system, passengers can connect up to three devices simultaneously with their complimentary plan. For aircraft using the SITAOnAir GX Ka-band system, complimentary access is typically limited to one device.
Free for KrisFlyer and PPS Club Members
Unlimited free Wi-Fi is also extended to KrisFlyer and PPS Club members traveling in Premium Economy and Economy Class. To benefit from this, passengers must ensure their KrisFlyer membership number is added to their booking before departure, or they can add it in-flight via the KrisWorld portal.
Signing up for a KrisFlyer membership is free and can be done easily online, making complimentary Wi-Fi accessible to most passengers in these cabins.
Free WiFi on Starlink-Equipped Flights
Once Starlink is progressively rolled out from Q1 2027, the existing complimentary Wi-Fi policy will continue on Starlink-enabled aircraft. This means eligible passengers will enjoy the same unlimited free access but with significantly enhanced speeds and capabilities.
