Complimentary Access for Premium Cabins
Passengers traveling in Suites, First Class, and Business Class on Singapore Airlines flights enjoy unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi for the entire duration of their journey. No KrisFlyer membership is required for these premium cabin passengers. On aircraft equipped with the Panasonic Ku-band system, up to three devices can be connected simultaneously, while the SITAOnAir GX Ka-band system allows for one device at a time.
Free for KrisFlyer and PPS Club Members
KrisFlyer and PPS Club members traveling in Premium Economy and Economy Class are also eligible for unlimited free Wi-Fi. To access this benefit, members must ensure their KrisFlyer or PPS Club membership number is added to their booking before departure, either online or via the KrisWorld portal in-flight. Signing up for a KrisFlyer membership is free and can be done easily before or even during the flight. This complimentary access policy will continue for eligible members on Starlink-equipped aircraft from 2027.
