Starlink: Free for Eligible Passengers
For Jazz Aviation flights equipped with Starlink on the Dash 8-400 fleet, particularly those operating from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport to Montréal and Ottawa, the in-flight Wi-Fi service is provided free of charge to eligible passengers. This complimentary access offers streaming-quality internet from gate to gate.
Pricing on Other Jazz Aircraft
While Starlink is being rolled out on the Dash 8-400s, other Jazz Aviation aircraft, such as the Embraer E175 and Mitsubishi CRJ900, may be equipped with different in-flight Wi-Fi systems. On these aircraft, Wi-Fi prices can vary depending on the flight duration and the specific service provider. Passengers can typically view and purchase Wi-Fi packages directly through the in-flight Wi-Fi portal using major credit cards.
Maximizing Free Access
To ensure you receive complimentary Wi-Fi on Jazz Aviation's Starlink-equipped Dash 8-400 flights, become an Aeroplan Member or a United MileagePlus® member, or travel in Business Class. It is crucial to add your loyalty program number to your Air Canada reservation during booking or check-in to qualify for this free service. For other Jazz aircraft that may offer paid Wi-Fi, checking for any available loyalty program benefits or promotions before your flight could help reduce costs.
