Passengers can enroll in the Miles&Smiles program for free, either before their flight or directly via the internet login page onboard.
Tiered Free Data for Members and Business Class
Complimentary data allowances are provided based on Miles&Smiles status and cabin class on international flights. Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus members traveling in Business Class receive unlimited free internet access. All other Business Class passengers are granted 1 GB of complimentary data along with unlimited messaging. Miles&Smiles Elite or Elite Plus members in Economy Class receive 400 MB of data plus unlimited messaging, while Classic Plus members get 250 MB of data and unlimited messaging.
The 'Connect to Türkiye' Vision
Turkish Airlines has an ambitious goal under its 'Connect to Türkiye' initiative to offer free, unlimited Wi-Fi to every passenger across its entire fleet by the end of 2026. While some newer aircraft with the 'Connect to Türkiye' system may already offer free Wi-Fi, the airline is still in the process of retrofitting its existing fleet and selecting a long-term provider to achieve this universal free connectivity.
