SAS is implementing free, high-speed Starlink connectivity across its entire fleet, with a phased rollout scheduled to begin at the end of 2025. This includes the Airbus A321neo, for which Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) for Starlink were secured as of January 6, 2025. Passengers in all travel classes will have access to high-speed, low-latency internet, with EuroBonus members enjoying this premium feature at no cost. The new Starlink service is designed to provide connectivity from the moment passengers board until they disembark, offering a significant improvement over previous systems. The introduction of Starlink is intended to displace prior geostationary satellite providers like Panasonic Avionics and Viasat.
