First Class and Business Class passengers on ANA's international flights enjoy unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi. This service is available on all Wi-Fi-equipped international widebody aircraft and was rolled out to Business Class in April 2024.
Free Messaging on Most International Flights
For Premium Economy and Economy passengers on most international flights, ANA offers complimentary in-flight messaging. This allows texting via popular applications like WhatsApp, iMessage, LINE, Google Chat, and Facebook Messenger without purchasing a full internet pass. Full internet access for these cabins typically requires a paid pass on aircraft not yet equipped with Viasat.
Free High-Speed on Select International Aircraft and All Domestic Flights
All passengers on ANA's domestic mainline flights receive unlimited free Wi-Fi, which now includes video streaming capabilities. Additionally, a major rollout of Viasat Amara service means all international cabin classes on Viasat-equipped Boeing 767-300ERs and Boeing 787-9s also receive free high-speed Wi-Fi. The B767-300ER rollout is complete by the end of fiscal year 2026, with B787-9 retrofits continuing through the same period.
