# Southwest Rapid Rewards & Free WiFi: Full 2026 Guide

Southwest Airlines made WiFi free for all Rapid Rewards members in October 2025. Rapid Rewards is free to join, which effectively means every Southwest passenger can access free WiFi. On Starlink-equipped 737s, that free WiFi is dramatically fast.

## What You Get

Free full-flight WiFi on all WiFi-equipped Southwest 737s. On Starlink-equipped aircraft (100+ and growing as of mid-2026), speeds reach 40–180 Mbps — excellent for streaming and video calls. On legacy Anuvu-equipped aircraft, speeds are 3–10 Mbps, adequate for email and light browsing.
